Free Shipping or any Shipping cost listed is for the lower 48 states of America ONLY (which is included in your final cost).

All orders are shipped directly FOB/Plant from Maquoketa,IA, or Henderson, NC by way of Fed Ex Ground. Shipping costs (if any) are included in the Total Cost you pay.

Lead Times: Orders normally will ship within 5 to10 business days from receipt of order and payment.

Warranty:

All of these products are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship. For returns of defective merchandise, a return authorization (RA) number must be obtained. For products that are defective, please contact us at sales as soon as possible..

NOTE: For non-defective products. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. As long as the product has not been used or damaged, you will be refunded the price of the product minus a restocking fee if applicable. You will have to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.  Neither the original freight cost, nor the return freight cost will be refunded.
